Fly To Charlotte

Charlotte isn’t just the largest city on the Eastern seaboard between Washington, DC and Atlanta. It connects the Carolinas to the world with more daily flights per capita than any other airport in the nation. A national airport hub with nearly 600 flights daily, Charlotte Douglas International moves more than 28 million passengers annually. In addition, more than 60% of the Unites States population lives within a two-hour flight, helping to make it the nation’s fastest growing major airport. An analysis of the 30 largest airports in the country by The Charlotte Observer supported this statistic.

Charlotte/Douglas International Airport (CLT) offers non-stop service to over 120 destinations worldwide via eight major domestic airlines, two foreign flag carriers, including Lufthansa, and seven regional carriers. The airport ranks 12th nationwide in operations and 18th nationwide in total passengers moved.

Trains/Railroad

Amtrak provides daily passenger rail service to the north and south, with connections to the east/west lines accessing most of the United States, as well as its Piedmont train to Raleigh and Carolinian train to New York.
