Randall “Randy” Dean, MBA, is known in North America and abroad as the "totally obsessed" time management/technology guy and “e-mail sanity expert”.  A full member of the National Speakers Association, Randy is a professional speaker, trainer, and sought-after expert on time management, personal organization, and advanced e-mail and office clutter management, and author of the new Amazon.com #1 E-mail Best Seller, Taming the E-mail Beast (Sortis Publishing, 2009).

For more than 19 years, Randy Dean has been obsessed – obsessed with a topic that impacts us all - time management and the effective use of related technology.  Being “obsessed”, he left a successful career as a university admissions director, professional marketer and successful manager to become a leading expert in the field of time management and personal organization, and teach others how to be more organized and effective with their time. He also trains and consults on how to better utilize technology solutions – both low and high tech (including MS Outlook and PDA/SmartPhone devices)  – for better organization and productivity, as well as better managing and controlling the “e-mail and information overload” beast.

Richard DiGirolamo

Richard DiGirolamo

Rich DiGirolamo is a highly sought after speaker who works with organizations looking to enhance thinking, create better work environments, build better teams, design new programs, and create better relationships with customers and peers.

Rich started his career with the Big 8 accounting firm Price Waterhouse. Are you old enough to remember when there were eight? He was an assistant controller of a start-up division of the then fourth largest privately held corporation in the United States – Continental Grain. His accounting and finance background also includes time spent in Corporate Finance with Avon Products and Carlson Companies in various reporting and budgeting capacities. After putting down the accounting pencil and taking the first steps toward an entrepreneurial existence, he taught a CPA review course and was a finance and information systems recruiter for Robert Half International. The regional management for the CPA review course will forever remain puzzled as to how the words accounting and fun could end up in the same sentence on student evaluations.

Bill Geist

Bill Geist

Bill Geist is the President of a firm specializing in strategic planning, governance, convention center development and legislative issues for convention and visitor bureaus, chambers of commerce, economic development organizations and communities.

He has provided consulting services to over 100 Destination Marketing Organizations since 1995 and is a popular speaker on customer service, trends and marketing across North America. He also hosts the innovative distance learning audio series DMOU, designed for destination marketing and management professionals. He is the author of  "Destination Leadership for Boards" and a contributor to "Fundamentals of Destination Marketing."

Prior to forming Zeitgeist Consulting, Geist served as the President/CEO of the Greater Madison (WI) Convention & Visitors Bureau from 1990-1995. During his tenure, he served as lead spokesperson and co-strategist for the successful public referendum fight to build the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Monona Terrace Convention Center. He also succeeded in doubling the Bureau's sales and marketing budget and oversaw the launch of one of the Top 25 Marathons in the nation.

Before moving to the Madison CVB, Geist led the Kankakee County (IL) CVB and landed the first multi-year contract ever awarded for the American Power Boat Association's National Outboard Championships. Prior to his CVB work, he held various management and programming positions with broadcast media in the Chicago area.

Geist has served as the President of the Wisconsin Association of Convention & Visitors Bureaus and the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Tourism Federation, Vice-Chair of the Wisconsin Governor's Council on Tourism and a Board member of the Illinois Council of Convention & Visitors Bureaus.

Geist holds an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Kenyon College.

With a background in marketing and event planning, Jessica’s dual forte is networking and netweaving. Jessica uses social networking tools to build and strengthen both personal and business relationships and teaches others how to embrace social media as a way to create both corporate and personal brands.

She was named Planner of the Year by the New Jersey chapter of MPI and is a JASPER Award winner in the special event planning category. Jessica is a frequent presenter on the topic of strategic social media and a contributor to knowledge sharing via Twitter, various listservs and other online forums. She has authored numerous articles on marketing, event planning and social networking.

Jessica earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey in New Brunswick, New Jersey and a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida with majors in Marketing, Management and Entrepreneurship.
