Sunday, Jan. 9: Driving History Evening Event

Spend an unforgettable evening at the National Constitution Center, the only museum in the country devoted to the United States Constitution. The museum, located in America’s most important square mile features more than 100 interactive exhibits, film, photographs, text, sculptures and artifacts that tell the story of “We, the People.
Attendees can experience the events leading up to the creation of the Constitution with “Freedom Rising,” a stirring, multi-media performance about how this document has influenced our society throughout the years, including its relevance today. They can walk through Signers’ Hall and stand face-to-face with the life-sized bronze sculptures of the 39 delegates who signed the Constitution and the three dissenters, and see a copy of the Obama’s famous “race” speech that he presented at the Constitution Center during the presidential campaign.
