When Can I Register?

Online registration will be open:

    • Buyers
    • DMO/CVBs
    • Receptive Operators/Tour Planners

    • Hotelier/Lodging Delegates

What Are My Registration Options?

What Are My Exhibit Options?

Associate members are able to purchase exhibit space on the Networking Floor (all Marketplace week: Jan. 8-12) and/or the Product Pavilion Floor (Saturday, Jan. 8-Sunday, Jan. 9 Only). Coach exhibit space is also available for purchase all Marketplace week. Click here for more information on Associate/Exhibitor registration.

Travel Industry and Operator members are able to purchase exhibit space at Marketplace as a sponsor. Sponsors organizations are provided exhibit space on the Networking Floor as a benefit of many sponsor packages. Click here to view sponsorship opportunities.

What Are My Payment Options?

Delegates can pay for registration via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), check or request to be invoiced.

For registrations prior to Sept. 16, all registration invoices are due Sept. 16. 

If registration occurs after Sept. 16, payment will be required by November 23 for all appointment-taking delegates. 

If registration occurs after Nov. 23, payment is due within 30 days of registration.
