I invite you to join us for the first annual Lodging Representative meeting to be held at Marketplace 2009 on Friday, Jan. 9 - 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM (right before sightseeing tours). This is an opportunity to meet with all of the other lodging delegates at Marketplace to trade ideas, discuss topics of interest and move forward the agenda of the lodging segment of the group travel market.
To make this meeting a success it requires a bit of work from all of us. I ask that you reply to this email with topics that you would like to see addressed at our meeting by a panel of operators and DMOs. Operators will identify the critical list of things they need to know about your property before they can book - some of their insights will surprise you! DMOs will be on the panel to indentify ways which hoteliers and DMOs can work together for mutual benefit.
