Check the delegate appointment category listed above, is it correct? Delegates can be listed as DMO, Lodging, Attractions/LRO/Other, or Buyer. This category determines when you have appointments on the floor. It can not be changed after appointments are run!

Did you make your appointment requests? To view your current list of requests, access your Marketplace Passport and go to the Make Requests stamp.

If you have made your requests, have you checked for new registrations on the Add/Cancel list found in your Marketplace Passport?

Want to know who requested you so you can make a "perfect match"? Check out the Requested By list in the Make Requests section of the Passport.

Do you have an outstanding Marketplace invoice? Invoice payment is due by November 14 to ensure scheduling of your appointments. You can view and make payments for any outstanding invoices in My ABA/My Investments at www.buses.org.

Are you no longer the appointment-taking delegate for your company? To request a name change, email us at meetingsdept@buses.org with the current delegate's name and the new delegate's name, title and email address. All appointment requests will automatically be transferred to the new delegate when the name change is processed. The new delegate will receive a confirmation via email and fax when it is processed.
We have a Quality Appointment Guide to assist you in securing the quality appointments you expect from Marketplace. You can change your requests with additions and deletions, seeking that perfect match, as many times as you like until November 16, 2008. The appointments are scheduled based on your company's registration date, NOT the date you submit your appointments - so update them frequently. You will receive your appointment schedule via email on November 21, 2008. With more than 2500 delegates including 312 appointment-taking buyers confirmed, Marketplace's pre-scheduled appointments will start your new year with a great return for your company. Marketplace appointments will be money in the bank with booked business!
The ABA Appointment system uses your requests to pre-schedule the maximum number of appointments. Thus, you are assured quality appointments with the companies you want to see. We match you with the companies you identified during your research so you don't have to do the work again later. However, after you receive your appointment schedule in November, you will be able to participate in our Manual Scheduling Process if you have spots to fill. This is the fourth year Marketplace delegates have been able to add appointments into their schedule before the show opens and during the Marketplace week.
